If we can have tablescapes, why not mantelscapes? Spellcheck doesn't recognize either of those scapes.

You can tell I live in cotton-growing-country. Around here, Fall means harvesting cotton.

Back-to-School, 2011
I host a back-to-school dinner for my grandchildren every year. It started when my first grandchild began school. This year, five grands are school age. If you missed it, I posted this year's back-to-school tablescape here. We have one left who isn't in school, so our annual dinner continues to grow.

Early Fall, 2011
Ready or not, Fall will be here soon. I love that we have seasonal changes in our area. I'm always a little sad when one season ends, but I enjoy all the changes that occur in the new season. I'm looking forward to football crispness in the air, white fluffy cotton on the stalks, and beautiful Fall leaves on the trees.
Thank you for joining me today.
