CHRISTMAS TABLE REVIEW

Christmas tablescapes -Bargain Decorating with Laurie
At Christmastime, all of the family members who were here for Thanksgiving return for Christmas Eve dinner.  So, we have as many place setting for Christmas Eve as we do for Thanksgiving.  We usually seat  between 25 and 30.

I’m only sharing the last three years with you, so I won’t overload you with my Christmas tables.  I may share some from previous years another day.  I need to go back and look at how bad the photography was on those posts!

This is the breakfast room table in 2012.  In 2012, our premature grandbaby was born right before Christmas.  Our 1.14 pound grandson stayed in the hospital for four months, and I guess I never took pictures of our Christmas tables. By the way, some of you added your prayers to all of the prayers being said for our little grandson.  Last week, he turned two years old, and this little miracle shows no signs of lagging behind other children his age.  We are so blessed and will always be grateful for all of the prayers.

Looking back at these mosaics, I can’t believe I posted so many of them that year.  Now, looking at them kind of makes me dizzy!

I hope my mosaics didn’t make you dizzy!  Thank you for checking out my previous tablescapes.

Laurie, it's fun to look back at your beautiful Christmas table. I smiled at the cute scenes under the glass domes. I remember those!

Hi Laurie- you should be given 5 gold stars for all your effort to entertain your family! Seeing the Nikko Christmastime dishes reminds me that I have the same ones- I used to switch out my everyday dishes and use them through the season. Gosh it's hard to believe that such a small baby can be born and survive. It's so wonderful that he is doing so well! A true miracle!

Hi Laurie, I love every table!! I'll take one of each please. I could never pick a favorite as all are so special.
I especially love the table set with the village on one side. How fun to dine and gaze at that scene.

Have a great weekend my talented friend!!

Laurie, Your energy and creativity appear to be unending. What fun for your family to be able to sit down to your beautiful tables for the holidays. I do love the plaid and the bell domes with the pictures.

I don't know how you do both holidays Laurie, with so many for a seated dinner. I did it last year and it almost killed me! You must have a warehouse full of holiday dishes, and I can see why everyone wants to come to your house!
