FRIDAY FAVES-CHRISTMAS

Christmas in the Kitchen

I’m still trying to get ready for our big family celebration on Christmas Eve, but I wanted to share some Christmas décor from around our home.  This post contains a lot of photos and very few words. These first photos are from the kitchen.

I previously shared our retro Christmas tree in the study.  Now I’m sharing other Christmas décor in our study.

You may recall that, when I shared my Santa filled hutch, I warned you that I had even more Santas.  Well, here they are in the family room!

I’m not sure I’ll be able to post again before Christmas, so I want to send the warmest wishes for a wonderful Christmas celebration for my readers and their families.  Those of you who were reading my blog last year might remember that our tiny premature grandson was born no November 30, 2012.  He was hospitalized for four months, so this will be his first Christmas with us.  He is now a thriving one year old, and we are counting our blessings and looking forward to having him here for Christmas this year.  laurie

I hope I remember to link to Met Monday at Between Naps on the Porch, Inspire Me Tuesday at A Stroll Thru Life,  and The Scoop at Confessions of a Plate Addict.

What a delightful house family and friends will enjoy during the holidays! Your collections are just amazing and so beautifully displayed! You may recall that our granddaughter Emily was born the same day as Dillon (but only three weeks early), and we are looking forward to having her at our house this Christmas. Have a wonderful, family-filled Christmas!

OH Laurie,
You could charge admission to your house at Christmas time, it's utterly amazing!
How do you do all of that?
Little Dillon is very cute, so glad he is home and healthy!

Laurie,
Gorgeous collections all perfectly displayed, dear one!!!
The plaid thermos brought back memories of my 91 1/2 year old Dad's days working days @ General Motors in KC,KS during my youth! While the cards on the glass hutch doors bring wonderful memories of my beloved Mother~in~Law during my first Christmas as a newly wed!!!
Thank you for bringing such comforting memories to my heart and mind!
Merry Christmas!!!
Fondly,
Pat

Oh my...breath taking. It would take hours to walk through your beautiful home and check out all your decorations. But I did notice you have a Byers Caroler in your collection. I love them.
