PRE-VALENTINE PARTY

Valentine Tablescape

Welcome to my little Valentine party snack table.

Valentine Table

All kinds of sweet Valentines surround the pink tree on the table.  (I am so lucky to have a sister-in-law who is enabler.  She found this pink tree on sale and called to see if I wanted to buy it.  She knew I’d say “yes”.)

Valentine party

Go ahead, fill your heart with food! (No heart-healthy food for a Valentine party though)

Valentine Table

Help yourself to some cheese and crackers.  (Platter: Shenango China)

Valentine Party

I hope you like my egg and olive sandwiches.

Valentine Party

Chocolate covered cherries are required for a Valentine party.

Valentine Party

You can’t have a Valentine party with a few kisses.

Valentine Party

Chocolate cake is one of my favorite Valentine treats.

Valentine Party

Did you notice that I even decorated the chandelier?

MAGAZINE

Don’t forget the Valentine Party linkup on February 7th!  (I can’t believe my party is featured in a magazine, and I can’t believe a girl in red spike heels [who is agile enough to put her feet on the dashboard] is reading about it!)

I’m so glad you came to my pre-Valentine party.  I hope you’ll come to my next Valentine party on February 7.  laurie

This post is partying with Centerpiece Wednesday at The Style Sisters, Tablescape Thursday at Between Naps on the Porch, and Seasonal Sundays at The Tablescaper.

Pretty Valentine Day decor!I will take one of each treat - Please!:)
No decorating around here - So love seeing what everyone one else is decorating/creating for Valentine's Day.
Still dealing with the water damage.
Stay warm!

OK, I did not think I was out of the loop. I really didn't, but I missed the news about you being featured in a magazine. That is really incredible.

I am having luncheon club here on the 8th. If I can make my sister PROMISE not to peek, I will post my table in advance of it for the par-tay.

As to your treats and that enabler of a sister-in-law? I love it! I happen to have both an enabler mother and an enabler sister.

I love your enthusiasm for Valentine's Day! Chocolate and Valentine's to me are a must! I need to get in gear for a Valentine's table. Is that for real in the magazine or did you have some fun photo-shopping? :-)

I love that you have a co conspirator to help you too. lol.

Very cute table and I love the ideal of a Valentines tree. Probably the only tree I haven't tried yet. Thanks for sharing.
