Even though these photos look like we’ve already had a celebration, my sweetheart and I welcomed 2013 (doesn’t that sound weird?) with a very quiet night at home.
I’m linking to A Stroll Thru Life for Table Top Tuesday.
Wishing all of you the best in the new year! laurie

Dear and I are enjoying a very quiet New Year's Eve here in the Northwest. Blessings in 2013 for you and yours!
I love all the vintage party and New Year things on your mantel And that you went to the trouble to transform your two Christmas trees into New Year's trees, very nice. Gives everyone something to look forward to after the Christmas letdown. And a quiet New Year's night at home sounds festive enough for me, absolutely better than facing the crowds downtown.
Happy New Year, Laurie! Blessings to you and yours.

Gorgeous mantle for New Years.I haven't decorated for New Years once in all these years. After seeing your mantle I might change that :) I really don't party on New Years since My children grew up either.I do watch the ball drop though .Have a nice evening-Denise
Well, it looks terrific! I love the festive feel of your mantel flanked by your two New Year's Trees.
