For Friday Faves, I'm sharing more of my Halloween décor. Not because they are faves, but because Halloween has arrived, and I haven't shared all of it with you.

FALL DECORATING
The shelves in our study weren’t cluttered enough. I had to add Halloween décor to the front of the cabinet!
I also added a little Fall décor to the desk in our entry. I know, the desk was already cluttered too! I just love my clutter!
I’m linking this post to Seasonal Sunday at The Tablescaper. Thank you for your visit to my blog. laurie

DO YOU WANT TO SEE YOUR FUTURE?
Step into my parlor, and let me tell your fortune.

May I offer you some refreshment?

Go ahead. Drink it up. It’s my special brew, made especially for you.

.

No, of course the room isn’t moving. Are you feeling ill? Come on over and sit down
Um, um, well, maybe we don’t want to know what the cards are saying. We’ll have a look inside my crystal ball.

Oh dear, my ball isn’t so crystal clear tonight. What? You’re still dizzy. Okay, let me just pour you another glass of my special brew.
You just sit back and relax. I hope you’re feeling better now.

No, there is not a chill in here. You must really be ill. My house is perfectly comfortable.

Yes, I do have a helping hand holding the page from my Mother’s scrapbook (circa 1920).

No, I don’t have spiders in my house. Those are coasters. I fear you are becoming delirious!

Oh good! I’m glad you’re feeling better. I do hope you’ll come for a visit when you aren’t so under the weather.

I can be rather bewitching. I just know we could have a devilish time playing with my grandmother’s tarot cards.

Thank you for coming to visit. Next time you stop in, I’ll be sure to fix my special brew again. I’m linking to Table Top Tuesday at A Stroll Thru Life. laurie

Let’s just see what the Tarot cards have to say.

HALLOWEEN PIANO TOP
For the piano table top linkup at A Stroll Thru Life, I am sharing the Halloween street on top of the piano in my “wanna be” craft room.

Since this is a wanna be craft room of a wanna be crafter, I thought I had to “craft” a jack-o-lantern in this room, so here it is!

I know you must be impressed with my craftiness. Without ever getting up from my desk, I pinned buttons and yarn to my ball of twine.
Go check out great table tops at A Stroll Thru Life. Thanks for visiting me. laurie

THE WITCH IS COOKIN’!
Halloween has now invaded my kitchen, and I’m sharing the “witch’s kitchen” with you today. No flying toads, no smoking pots, but lots of orange and black.

I’m linking my kitchen Halloween décor to Seasonal Sundays at The Tablescaper. Thanks for coming to see where the witch brews her magic. laurie

SPOOKY DISHIN’
Halloween dishes have come out of the closet at my house. Some of them are peeking out of my wooden tool box, and jack-o-lantern napkin rings grin in front of them.

The many faces of a jack-o-lantern are CBK, Union City, Tennessee, and the plastic silhouette plates are Glitterville.
The flying witch is a Quimper piece from France. It’s the centerpiece of my Halloween décor in the china hutch, which includes several decorative Halloween plates. This is only the third time I’ve posted a picture of this hutch on my blog in the last week! Do you get the idea that the rest of my house is a huge mess? Yep, even messier than this hutch, which I call “decorated”. I use that term very loosely!

Do you think we’re going to get tired of Halloween décor before we hear shouts of “trick-or-treat”? I’m linking to Cuisine Kathleen’s Let’s Dish. Thanks for stopping by. laurie
