Even though many of us are still having cold temps, and some still have snow, I think ALL of us are so over and done with winter this year!
Since I am dreaming of warmer temperatures, I am posting some of my past springtime tablescapes.
The bright colors and the flowers on my Quimper dishes always remind me of spring weather, so I often set a Quimper table in the spring.
We celebrate five family birthdays in April, so I’m always setting birthday tables in the spring too.

Of course, Spring is a wonderful time for outdoor dining.
Birds are frequent visitors to our springtime tablescapes.
I recently posted this tablescape in an effort to transition into Spring (that means, tell the weather that it is Springtime!). The weather didn’t cooperate though. I’m still wearing my winter clothes.
When this post went to Facebook, a FB friend commented that “Spring is a state of mind”. Well, I’ve had a brain freeze for months now, and although I’ve been thinking a LOT about spring, I don’t think my brain is going to thaw until we have warmer temps. So, come on Spring. My brain needs to thaw! Thank you for coming to see some previous Spring from our house. laurie

Fun flashbacks to Spring. Hope your Spring arrives sooner than later...
Love the Quimper table...lots of prettiness around your tables.
Happy spring..LOL

Enjoyed revisiting the past Spring pretty table settings. Know what you mean about the brain freeze - gonna take a while before my whole body thaws out.
Hope you are having a great week.
Ahhh I love to see a collection like this! Yes spring is dragging it's feet that's for sure. I'm trying to stay optimistic and hold on but everytime I hear that one more snow storm is coming I want to scream! I should be more efficient and get more organizing done before the outside calls yard work calls me out!
Hi Laurie, Yes the winter clothes are still in use here too. The temps are all over the place but your springtime tables are so inspiring. I see so many favorites. Your collection of plates and accents are beyond wonderful. The best part is, you are so talented in pulling great styles and looks together.
Have a great weekend.
hugs
Happy Spring Laurie. I love all of you beautiful Spring tablescapes. The first one is especially charming. Temperatures are supposed to be near fifty degrees tomorrow (we had about eight inches of snow in my neighborhood yesterday). I really want it to warm up outside and let Spring start it's lovely show of new beginnings. Your lovely Spring tables are inspiring me to get busy and get on with my Spring decorating.
Hi Laurie,
I think we just had our last cold spell in SC. At least, I'd like to think so, anyway! It was fun to see some of your prior spring tablescapes and I'm anticipating seeing all those tables that you'll set in April for the birthday celebrations!
Laurie,
Pretty tablescapes. Happy Spring!
Uh huh, yeah...Spring is a state of mind until that north wind blows up your skirt and sends you scrambling for cover!!!
I'm always so happy to see the ideas you have in the air! You've been such an active blogger for several years, and you only get better with time!
All those April birthdays!!! You are running around a LOT during that time! My son celebrates his birthday in the month of May, and I wish I had even more to put together!
Happy Spring to you...whenever it decides to make a permanent appearance for the year!
All of your tablescapes are very pretty. Wish I could send you some of my beautiful flowers to give you a little Spring. Hopefully it will be there real soon.
Mary
