YEA! Marty at A Stroll Thru Life is having a winter cloche party, and everyone is invited!
When Marty had her first cloche party, I only had one cloche, and it wasn’t REALLY a cloche! Now I have several cloches, including my newest – a wire cloche. I think the bunny in this winter forest turned blue from the cold! Do you see that beautiful leaf, created by Lisa Leonard? I won that at Between Naps on the Porch!
The tiny wooden train under this cloche was crafted by a friend for me when we were young. I found the train line plate at a flea market.
I’m thinking that when Marty started this cloche frenzy in Blogville, she should have opened an Etsy store and sold cloches! She would have made a fortune!
I guess winter came to the Orchard House when Louisa Mae Alcott lived there. Look at that pretty picture of the Orchard House. Have you been to see what Karen Harvey Cox is creating at her other blog, For the Love of Old Books? I had to order this Orchard House print from her to go with my mother’s copy of “Little Women” (1920 copyright). The Little Women figurines are part of the “Little Women” house in my Christmas village.
The dogs put on their little vests to go out to play in the snow.skating bunny mos
Did you know that bunnies love to go ice skating in the "off season". It won't be long before she has to hang up her ice skates and hide Easter eggs. EIFFEL TOWER MOS
Okay, I know that a brandy snifter is not a cloche, but Marty did say we could post other glass for the party, so here is the Eiffel Tower under glass. That cute little canvas art came from The Crafty Home Etsy.

These are my cloches I posted yesterday. I was afraid that if you didn’t see my post yesterday, I might lose my very coveted title - "the crazy collector of everything", since I had to use a brandy snifter for a cloche. But I am definitely not cloche poor, thanks to Marty's influence!
Be sure you go over to A Stroll Thru Life. Sweet Marty is the queen of cloches and always creates such beautiful vignettes with her cloches, and she will have links to other wonderful cloche creations. Thank you Marty for hosting this fun party! Thank you for coming to visit my blog. laurie
