THANKSGIVING TABLE TOUR

I'm giving you a quick tour of our Thanksgiving tables.

It has to be quick because I have pies in the oven and sweet potatoes boiling.

The inspiration for this year's tablescapes came from pumpkins my grandchildren decorated before Halloween. The pumpkin above was decorated by granddaughter, Madison.

Each year, my grands decorate pumpkins at our house and then take them home with them.

This year, our four oldest grandchildren glittered their pumpkins, and their mother's wouldn't let them take them home.

This pumpkin was decorated by granddaughter, Carly. Since I'm still finding glitter all over the house, I do understand why they didn't want the pumpkins to go to their houses.

I've used them for outside decor. When I realized that all the extra glitter had finally decorated the floor of our back entry, I knew what was left would stay on the pumpkins.

This pumpkin was painted and glittered by grandson, Gavin.

Our two youngest grandchildren took their pumpkins home, because they had glued "googly" eyes all over them -- much easier to clean up if they fall off the pumpkin.

Granddaughter, Brayden, painted and glittered the pumpkin on this table.

I'm also sharing a few images of decor in the kitchen.

Yikes! All of this will have to be taken down in a few days.

We are blessed beyond measure. Thank you for the blessing of your visit today. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration.
