At our house, mailboxes are already overflowing with Valentine's cards.
Do you have the impression I must be very popular to receive so many Valentines?
I'm faking it to make up for when my Valentine card box at school didn't overflow!
We always had one girl in the class whose box wouldn't even close, because there were too many Valentines in it.
Every Valentine's Day, I dreamed my box would overflow too.
But now, I've received so many cards, I had to stick them in the vases!
Cards from very special people are tied with string.
I'm feeling the love.
(Only a fool can fool themselves, says the fool!)
Thank you for coming to visit. You made me feel even more loved. xoxoxo

so adorable...where do we find a cute little mailbox like this?
I wonder how many of us, of a certain age, remember when some classmates got many valentines and others had so few?
I was so pleasantly surprised when my children were school age and a note was sent home prior to Valentine's Day reminding us that if our child wanted to participate in the classroom card exchange- a Valentine card was needed for every classmate. What a simple but thoughtful decision.
I think it is wonderful that you have a beautiful collection of Valentines and that you have found a way to display them and enjoy them. And, thank you for sharing with all of us. MM
What a lovely and loving post. Your room and your displays are so pretty!
I love your displays. And the sweet story!
I hope you'll come over and share at The Fabulous Party!

Happy Valentines Day!
anjillie, Thank you for your nice comment. You can find the little mailboxes at dollar stores and WalMart. They are usually just plain, and I stick a few hearts and/or ribbons on them. Glad you asked. I should have put that in the post.
Laurie, How sweet this post is. I love all of your cute little valentine's Day cards and the way you have them displayed. Have a Lovely Valentine's Weekend and VDay too.
