Our mantel is decorated with "luv".
I used vintage and reproduction Valentine cards.
Some of the cards are displayed on my vintage window.
Chalkboard-look hearts are strung from the top of the window.
You may remember when I got these "Love" blocks in the dollar bin at Target and added clothespins to the backs to display cards.
The hearth is decorated with a pink Valentine's tree and
and a green Valentine tree.
The fireplace screen displays more "Luv".

I had a great Valentine's mantle last year, but since it took me so long to get my Christmas decorations down and my snowmen up, I am forgoing Valentine's for this year. Love to see all your great mantle ideas! Thanks for the inspiration.
