SECOND SPRING

I am linking this post to Mosaic Monday at Little Red House.

Autumn is a second spring where every leaf is a flower. Albert Camus

EDITED TO ADD: Thanks for asking how I did my mosaics. I am so flattered. My tutorial for making mosaics on Photoscape can be found by clicking on the tutorial near the bottom of my sidebar. Photoscape cannot be used on a MAC computer. If the tutorial is not clear, please email me, and I will try to help.

For links to mosaics, please visit Mary at Little Red House. Thanks for coming to visit me. laurie

Hey Girlfriend...

Ohhh...what a lovely mosaic!!! Just look at all that golden splendor!!! God did really good when he put in motion the Autumn season for us...didn't He? Girl, we have already had so much snow that all of our beautiful Autumn leaves are gone! I always hate to see them go. Thank you for sharing your beautiful mosaic with us today...and those gorgeous golden trees!!!

Love ya,
Chari
PS...My friend, I've been trying to play "catch up". I left you notes on your last few posts...starting with that fabulous Annesdale Mansion!

Hi Laurie,
How gorgeous! It looks like your autumn is in full swing, our leaves have mostly dropped now and it's looking like November in Wisconsin. Hugs, Cindy

Beautiful, Laurie!!

I use photoscape and picasa3 for mosaics. They have different options, so I don't really prefer one over the other. Mosaics are fun to put together.

Hello Laurie,

"... every leaf is a flower" HOw wonderful! I love looking through pictures in blogs of trees with their leaves turning into that beautiful color the Fall brings. Yes only through pictures since we don't experience Fall in my side of the world :-) I think they are just beautiful.

Mizpah,
Li

(I saw your centerpiece on the previous post and oh dear! That's a lot of treats. Bet the adults hovered over the table as well. I know I would LOL)

Laurie, Your leaf mosaics are just beautiful! The sun shining bright through the golden leaves is just radiant. The little thought you left us is something we can all think about...

On another note, I had to re-do my blog button, which changed the html code. Currently it is showing up as a deleted item on your sidebar. You can grab the new code on my sidebar to re-post it if you'd like. Thanks, Laurie.

hugs, Sue

Hi Lauri! Oh, what beautiful mosaics! Love the yellow of those gorgeous leaves and what a sweet little poem.
Now, see! You are the Queen of Mosaics! I love it and I appreciate you teaching me so very much and I even got to pass on your tutorial to others who are now making wonderful mosaics because of you!
Oh, I saw the giveaway Marty won from you - the plate and server. Oh, it is so beautiful!
You know, I thought how sweet little flowers would look in those big egg cups. I'm so glad marvelous smart thinking minds are so alike! ;)
Be a sweetie,

Hi Laurie, I am literally laughing outloud!!!! I can't believe the word verification!! That is just too funny!!! Ok...your mosaics are beautiful, I've never done one, I really need to expand my knowledge on some things. There are lots of things I want to do, but don't know how. Kevin is a programmer but he is not eager to help me after working all day. Oh, and he has an appointment with the neurosurgeon in the morning and I am going with him. We are praying for good news! Thanks for your visit, that gave me a good laugh!! Kristen

Thanks for your prayers Laurie. By the way, I wouldn't click on that comment before me! I think someone is pulling some blog pranks. Shame on them!!
