DINING IN ITALY

Our church choir hosted an Italian Dinner Theater recently and asked me to decorate for it. To protect the innocent (choir members cooking Italian cuisine) I blocked out the kitchen in this image.

It was a fun night with delicious food and two murders in the Tortellini family (the dinner theater performance). I forgot to take pictures after the places were set and the candles were lit.

As each course was served, the cast members stayed in character and came to sit at the tables with the audience. We could ask them questions in an attempt to guess who had committed the murders.

I used faux sunflowers, faux grapes, faux ivy, and even faux loaves of bread (styrofoam). I printed Italian flags from the internet and taped them onto sticks.

I incorrectly guessed the murderer, and he was sitting at our table! Most of the time I was laughing too hard to put any effort to figuring out "who done it".
Thank you for visiting me.
