Yikes! Easter is almost here. I'm sharing some Easter décor from around the house (before it's time to put it all away). The vintage metal bunny with cart was a gift some years ago from my friend, Charlie Ann.
If you missed seeing other decor in our family room, click here. You'll also find a link to the fireplace mantel in that post. This bunny gardener belonged to my mother.
The bunny in blue overalls is a reproduction German candy holder (his head comes off!). I ordered him on-line five or six years ago.
It's probably been about three years since I ordered this adorable table topper from an Etsy.
Vintage bunny-themed children's china is displayed on one of the shelves in our family room. If you missed seeing the Easter décor on the buffet in the family room, click here.
A drawer, turned on its end, displays more Easter bunnies on our shelves.
I bought this needlepoint at an estate sale.
My mother's bunny is a little worse for wear, but he still gets a place of honor at Easter time.
Tiny Easter décor in my printer's tray.
The theme on this end of the sunroom is Easter on the Farm.
The tool box corrals ducks and chicks. The just-hatched chicks are salt and pepper shakers I'll be using on the tables.
Ducks and swans swim on the farm pond.
Children enjoy the new baby chicks.
Tiny chicks roam the fenced-in yard.
A giant chick hatches.
He may not hide Easter eggs, but the Mad Hatter is a bunny.
No wonder he's always late. He left his pocket watch on our table.
In his rush, he also left his hat at our house.
With Easter quickly approaching, I feel sort of like the Mad Hatter when he said, "The hurrier I go, the behinder I get."
I hope to have my Easter tables set and ready to post for a Thursday post. Thank you for visiting.
