When I started getting out my patriotic pieces to use on the 4th, I decided to have a practice run for the refreshment center by the pool.
Our bench swing broke and we haven't replaced it, so I used the A-frame to corral the food and drink station.
I picked up this home-made kitchen island at a garage sale a couple of years ago. I normally use it as a potting bench, so I had to start by giving it a good cleaning.
These polka dot food tents I found at an estate sale get a lot of use in the Summer.
Grapes will fill the basket under one of the tents.
Patriotic cocktail napkins will be available.
I'll put red, white, and blue melamine plates in the flower box.
Chips and dip will be elevated on a patriotic cake stand.
Dispensers will hold Goldfish Crackers and Animal Crackers. Red, white and blue nut cups are for crackers from the dispensers.
I elevated a patriotic bear with a vintage water sprinkler turned upside down.
We'll be able to grab a paper bag, fill it with popcorn, and sprinkle it with regular salt or spicy salt. We'll be setting up the croquet game for a little competition. I bought this vintage set at an auction.
We can have lemonade from the drink dispenser or a soft drink.
I provided a seat for guests who don't want to be far from the food.
I hope you have a wonderful weekend. Thank you for coming to visit me.
