CASUAL SUPPER FOR GRAD

We had a casual graduation supper for our nephew.  The school colors are maroon and white, and although it is politically incorrect, the school mascot is still a Chickasaw Indian.

What a fun table for your nephew! I bet everyone enjoyed and appreciated it. Love the way you matched the school colors in your centerpiece. It's just stunning. Everything looks fun, too! Good job on this!

What a nice aunt you are! And don't worry about the PC. We have the Shinnecock Reservation here, and they call it the Indian Outpost..not Native American..so I guess it is ok!
Lovely table..congrats to the grad
Still school here till the 25th of June..

Great idea to use paper plates under glass for a totally themed type plate without the cost of purchasing the real thing - if you could even find such an item! Your whole table looks lovely! Congrats to the Grad!

Laurie, I love that Chickasaw Indian! Thanks for sharing. The "baby mums" with the "B", the letter jacket "B" on the mantel and the mortar board.... all wonderful memories for this '68 BHS graduate and wonderful memories to come for your nephew. Gail Blackwell Kinnaird

I am amazed by all the graduation parties that are happening over there at the moment! We don't do that kind of thing much over here-I so wish we did when I see posts like yours, Laurie. Please send my warmest wishes to your nephew and congratulate him from me!

See you on Saturday for our Favourite Things!

Best wishes,
Natasha.
