Yep! Laurie’s putting up Christmas decor again! Julie at Working on a Dream had posted an aluminum Christmas tree with Easter eggs hanging on it. It was in a store she was visiting. I decided if they could do it, so could I. Thanks for the inspiration Julie!
My friend, Susie, gave me that rabbit tree topper. Of course, he’s not really a tree topper. He’s supposed to be a topper for the golden egg. I hope he’s not offended that I put him on a Christmas tree.
I showed you my Easter mantle yesterday, but while I was in the Christmas spirit, I added some little Christmasy lookin’ trees to my mantle too! I love decorating for Christmas Easter!
My husband keeps asking me why I’m decorating for Christmas in March. Are you asking yourself the same question?
I’m joining Table Top Tuesday at A Stroll Thru Life. You’ll want to go check out all of the tabletops in Blogville (I bet you won’t find any other Christmas trees though)!
Thank you so much for visiting my blog. laurie

I had a Easter tree one year back in the 90's. I had a ficus tree that had kicked the bucket and I spray painted the branches white, and hung faux Easter eggs on it. :-) Like yours better. :-)
You think husbands would not even bother asking anymore LOL!!~ I love your easter tree, everything your photos are great! I am looking for outdoor table inspiration, pop over see if you can give me any:)
All your eggs are so ornate!! Such a cute idea to use the tinsel tree to display them.
Maybe we are confused because it is still cold and snow threatens :) I love your tree and have always thought about doing one--of course, there are no trees available when I think about it! The mosaic is great--as always!
Love your Christmas..I mean Easter tree! Seriously, I love those beautiful eggs all hanging from your pretty tree!
Your egg tree is great! I think you should use the tree year round for all holidays & special events. ;-)
Smiles,
Carol
That is too cute. I love all those eggs hanging from the limbs. Men just don't get it. Its a holiday tree. I wonder if you'll hang firecrackers from it on the 4th of July. I think that would be cute, too.
Love~Love~Love your Easter Tree!
I am having a "Blue Monday" giveaway at my blog, Cottage Cozy! Stop on over for a peek.
Wishing you a terrific week!

What a fantastic idea, Laurie-I have never seen such a beautiful Easter tree before! And I love your beautiful picture that you have used in your header. You are really in the Easter spirit!
Best wishes for a great week,
Natasha.
Wow Laurie, this is all gorgeous. I love your Easter tree and all the eggs are a work of art in each one. Your mantel is stunning. I can't get over how beautiful it all is and how talented you are. Even if I had all of these wonderful things, I could never think of putting together such a beautiful display. Thanks so much for joining the party. I LOVE it. Hugs, Marty
I love it Laurie! I think a Christmas tree with eggs is the perfect Easter decor! You've been a very busy bee!

Those eggs are beautiful! What a wonderful collection!
I feel sorry for that bunny though, that tinsely stuff may be irritating..
Here comes Peter Cotton Tail, screaming in pain down the bunny trail..:)
No Laurie...I'm just asking myself if you LOVE Easter and bunnies and eggs and chickies? It all looks fabulous! Wow, I really want one of those tabletop silver trees or a pink or white one.
Your Christmas/Easter tree is just perfect. Love all the wonderful detailed eggs. And your mantle is amazing! I could spend lots of time admiring all your beautiful "stuff."
it pays to think outside the tree or is it box. cute tree.
blessings,
aimee
Love all those bunnies just jumping and hopping all over your place! Those egg laden Christmas trees are so pretty! Nobody thinks of the fun decorating you do!
I love your decorations Laurie....they always are lovely!
well my goodness. I dont see my rave review i posted here this morning.. so anyway, its BEAUTIFUL~!!!
I've never had an Easter tree before, but I know others who have. Hey, if you have an egg collection, you have to display them somehow! What's a girl to do? Hang them on a tree. Perfect!
Wow, now that is an Easter display. How beautiful. When my girls were little I always decorated to the nine's for Easter. Now I await the day I will be a grandmother and can have an excuse. I love all of your decorations.
Karen
OH - MY - GOSH! Now those eggs are just stunning! I am so coming to your house ;) Laurie this is just eye candy at it's best!!
Laurie, just this past weekend I began my Easter decorating but it is very very minor compared to what you have done. I like to change my "treasures and trinkets" inside the house for the seasons.
I love the egg trees! Wish I could find one of those smaller aluminum trees in silver. We had an original 5-6 foot one in the late early 70's given to us by an older lady who was downsizing. Well eventually we tossed it; back then I decided it was too tacky for me! Another thing I wished we had kept. That's the way it goes.
Well now when I see these small trees I think that is just what I need for another tree somewhere. I will get my Easter decor onto my blog; I shared it on Facebook.
Laurie, You have a beautiful collection of Easter goodies...it all looks gorgeous. The Easter Bunny must hop by your house first.:)
Laurie, your blog has certainly improved my day. I love the Easter Tree! What a fabulous idea. Think I might try one of my own for my children this Easter. Thanks for inspiring me.

This is adorable but I think I'll stick with only putting up a tree at Christmas ;)
What a wonderful idea! But my gosh girl, where did you get all those fantastic eggs????
Loved all your bunnies!!
Oh I just adore your mantle and your festive trees. I love the green garlandy thing on your mantle too. I want to come celebrate Easter at your house!
Laurie, your egg tree is totally charming! Love the idea! I may have to find one of these trees next Christmas. I actually used pussy willow branches last year. I need to see if I have a photo to show. Wish I had been home the past few weeks to share in all this fun. LOL
Your home is all set for Easter festivities, Laurie. SO pretty! Better watch out cause you know how much we love eggs here, yours might just disappear someday...Christine
Gorgeous gorgeous mantel! I love it! I'm a more is better kind of person so I love it when I see a full mantel! Love that sparkly tree too!
