How funny, Laurie, we both posted our pools for Outdoor Wed except the only frozen one in ours is at the bottom of the slide and the base of the fountains, but that's because we have been turning on the pool heater to prevent the pipes from bursting. But in spite of that, the slide running water still froze. Come look!...Christine
WOW! Can't believe the frozen waterfall in the pool! The bare trees against the colorful sky is beautiful and one of my favorite things about winter. Great shot! :D Jewel
Laurie, You took a beautiful red sky photo! Your frozen pool is crazy! How cold does it have to get to freeze your pool? (I love the pool though with the stone wall!) Brrr, stay warm. --Delores
Lauri, This tablescape reminds me of Rosemond Pilcher. I loved her Shell Seekers the best. I have a book of her home and the colors, and patterns you have chosen in this room remind me of her. Must be an omen, because you write equally as inviting. You are always coming up with beautiful tables. Karen
Laurie, First of all I am LOL at the intoxication reference! The cream pottery & table setting is wonderful. Having it set up in your bedroom is so romantic. But immediately my eye went to the silhouettes, primarily the one done on a plate- it's AWESOME! Lisa
Brrrr, it looks cold at your house! I'm embarrassed to say it was 70 degrees here today! Could it be that's why everybody loves California!?!
ReplyDeleteOh, it does look soooooooo cold. I hope it warms up soon. Love the pool, the waterfall frozen is unreal. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeleteBrr, Laurie, I would stay inside and look through the window if I were you.

Brrr, I don't think I'll be in the pool today! Wet and cloudy here. Your pool looks like an inviting spot when the temps are warm. ~ Sarah

Laurie this is one of the pressiest skies I've ever seen! It could be a Courier and Ives painting!
ReplyDeleteI love all your photgraphs.
