I want to begin by thanking you for all of the lovely comments on my previous personal post (here). I wasn't sure how that post would be received, but I should have known that my readers are a compassionate and loving group who would not only indulge me in a personal post, but who would embrace that post. Thank you so much.
Since Thanksgiving is a season of abundance, I filled our fireplace mantel with abundance. The needlepoint cornucopia was an estate sale purchase years ago.
My mother's wire cornucopia is filled with abundance.
I previously showed you my velvet pumpkins on our coffee table (here). I moved them to the mantel for Thanksgiving.
I added a painted glass apple and a few faux cloved oranges to the mix of abundance.
On the other end of the mantel, I added the glass painted pear.
The metal sign on the fireplace screen was a gift from a secret pal last year.
Those who read my previous post know that our family has much to give thanks for.
I also give thanks for each of you who read what I share and by doing so, encourage and strengthen me.
This post is partying with Met Monday at Between Naps on the Porch, Inspire Me Tuesday at A Stroll Thru Life, Tweak it Tuesday at Cozy Little House, Table It at Rustic and Refined, and You’re Gonna Love It Tuesday at Kathe with an E.
