By now, most of you know that my sweetheart is a cowboy wannabe, so I’ve done yet another cowboy table – this time for Father’s Day. If you’ve been reading my blog for awhile, you’ve probably seen most of this tablescape on my husband’s birthday posts.
So if’n yer wore out with my cowboy chow tables, all I can say is “Shore am mighty sorry bout that”.
Kind of beat up pewter chargers from an estate sale;
Black and white dinner plates from Tuesday Morning: 222 Fifth Slice of Life-Cowboy;
Red Cowboy and Green Cowboy Dinner Plates from a flea market} Restaurant plates: Sky Ranch, Santa Fe;
Boot jiggers holding sprigs from our Butterfly Bush} souvenirs from Texas;
Rocking Cowboy and Indian} Gifts to my husband many years ago;
Napkins} Various estate sales;
Cowgirl boot holding cuttings from our Crepe Myrtle (his cowboy boot was too big)} Mine!
A sweet blogger (with a very good memory) asked if I would re-post my last year’s post “Tie One On For Father’s Day”, so I am including a link to that post for her. Click on picture below to go to last year’s Father’s Day tablescape. (See, I don’t ALWAYS do cowboy themed tables for my husband.)
Now all of ya know whar to go when ya leave this here ponderosa – git over to Between Naps on the Porch. That purdy little gal, Susan has one o them thar little linky thangs to git ya ta chow tables all over cree-a-shun.
And don’t forget, if you leave a comment on any post on this blog through Sunday, you are entered for a chance to win a bird themed ice cream party for two.
