Unfortunately, the birds flock together in my sunroom, which is appropriately named. Please excuse all of the glare and the reflections.

If you are here to link to Favorite Things Saturday, please copy and paste your “Favorite Things” post title in “Linky Tools” below. (MckLinky has changed his name). If you haven’t used the Thumbnail Linky before, your photos will pop up, and you may select the photo you want in the thumbnail on my blog. Thank you so much for linking to this weekly event. I can’t wait to go see some of your favorite things.

Thank you so much for coming to see my feathered friends today. Be sure you click on the links below to see some wonderful bloggers’ favorite things. laurie

Beautiful favorite things, Laurie.

I didn't get a post together since J and I are still gallavanting around. I'm sitting in a hotel room in Paducah KY as I type!LOL

Not doing much visiting the blogs this trip. Just checking in now and then...will try to catch up next week.

I did have a couple of little posts of our road trip to Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, though. I don't think they count as favorites posts. We are having a blast! Heading home tomorrow.

Oh, and i didn't see a place for the name of our blogs..?

Laurie- I LOVE the prints! I have always wanted a collection of bird or botanical prints, but they are SO expensive! I know some smart people use stock images and do great framed ones. I'm just not sure how. Great picture of your house in the header--immaculate yard :)

Love your prints, Laurie. It is ironic that you posted them because I am thinking of doing some bird/botanical prints for my new improved family room!! Like Susan, I don't really know how to download anything and what the quality is. I am going to try All Posters.com. They have a nice selection. Loved joining your party this week! :-)

Laurie, You are so clever, I love how you put together this mosaic of your participating blogs. I am going to put something together for next week's party. I just love this idea! I didn't know you loved birds, wow what a gorgeous collection too. Have a beautiful weekend.

P.S. I checked the back of Somerset Studio magazine and the deadline was April 15th for the garden party submission. You can always send this party idea to Artful Blogging too.

Laurie, I love your bird prints. I have a few myself, but not nearly the collection that you have. Love the new Linky tool you are using with the thumbnail prints. Thanks again for hosting. I'll be back to visit again later, but right now I've got to get ready for the 40 people who are coming to dinner at my house tonight.

Hi Laurie!
LOVE the bird pictures. I am a total sucker for all things avian! Yesterday I featured bird dishes I picked up thru Craigslist; some of your prints remind me of them. I need some bird prints for my study ... now you've inspired me.

Laurie, your birds pictures and plates are all so pretty!
I especially like the little brown thrush numbered print. And I love that you have several images of birds in the dogwood trees... are those by local artists? I have so many favorite things around here you would think I would be able to come up with something for your meme... I need to take a look around.
Hope you are having a happy weekend!

Laurie, I love, love all things birds and nests, so I truly love your artwork!! I use several sites that have free artwork and vintage pics for personal use- guess I need to tell Blondie about them and how to use them. :-) I just recently found some cool ones w/some eggs that I need to print out. Having fun visiting friends again now that I am not on 24 hour nursing duty!
big hugs, Sue
