I love my new sign, which I hung over the ranges in the kitchen. "In Everything Give Thanks" is painted on an old piece of metal. It was a gift from a secret pal.
I’ve shared a lot of my Thanksgiving décor in previous posts. You can find those posts here and here.
I love our “We are blessed beyond measure” plate, which I’ve had for a number of years. (Bountifully Blessed by Sonnets Studios for Demdaco)
These photos are from the desk area in our sunroom. You may remember these plates. I think I used them on the mantel last Fall. On the back, it reads “The Mane Lion, Made in Italy”.
Please try to ignore my almost dead plant in this picture. I’m working on bringing it back to life, but I fear my thumb is not as green as it needs to be for this job.
If the occasion arises, I’m ready to serve tea from the game table in our family room.
It’s almost turkey day, so I’m busy cooking and setting tables. Are you ready for Thanksgiving? Thanks for stopping by.
I’m partying with Met Monday at Between Naps on the Porch, Inspire Me Tuesday at A Stroll Thru Life, Tweak it Tuesday at Cozy Little House, and You’re Gonna Love It Tuesday at Kathe with an E.

I like your new sign, too. We just found out we'll be celebrating Thanksgiving this Saturday since our middle son and his girlfriend can travel across the mountains to stay the weekend. Our son will not have T-day off so we are happy to celebrate early with a little family gathering and then celebrate big with friends on the actual day. You look like you are getting good and ready!
Laurie, I love all your decorations and signs! I'm ready for some turkey and lots of family time.
hugs,
Linda
Oh Laurie, everything looks so good. Your decorations are lovely.
Sounds like your having a lot of guests for Thanksgiving dinner.
Have a wonderful day.
Mary
You are al decked out for the holiday! I'm sure your family will appreciate how it all looks. I like that set of four plates on the red plate rack. Cute pilgrims- I'm in search for some! I like your new sign- perfect!
Looks like you are definitely ready for Thanksgiving!
Lauri, Your home looks lovely in all of it's Thanksgiving decor. You have a wonderful collection of pilgrims, I love them all. The ceramic pumpkins and gourds are still abounding abounding in my house along with the pilgrims of course.
I hate to say it but I am about ready to move on to Christmas.... I think I must be under the influence of Pinterest! Or maybe it's the five or six inches of snow on my patio that has me thinking of decking the halls.
Sorry, I do know how to spell your name Laurie, I just can't get my brain and fingers to cooperate with each other when I am typing.... Candy
You have the best decor! I don't know how you have time to decorate for Christmas. I have to almost skip the Thanksgiving decor now in order to get fall decor put away & get ready for Christmas in time. You are amazing! Hope you and your family have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
You always create the most fabulous vignettes. I love the plaid pumpkins and fruit, so pretty. Thanks tons for linking to Inspire Me.
hi Laurie, you mentioned that I must never sleep, but right back at you! You seem to be always changing your vignettes weekly and creating wonderful surprises to see all over your house! I hope you will have time to take pictures of your 2104 Thanksgiving tables, always love to see!
Jenna
