Today, I’m sharing some of my Summer tablescapes from last year. To see the full post of any of these tablescapes, just click on the link.
Seashells, August, 2013
If you read my previous post, you may notice that this table is set with some of what I used for mantel décor last week. In that post, I said that I had never used the wooden seashell napkin rings, because they seemed too bulky to use for napkin rings. Well, here they are! Apparently, I used them less than a year ago and didn’t remember it. No, I have not yet been diagnosed with dementia, but it may not be long before I am!

Black and White Box Lunch, July, 2013
Our weather last week was wonderful, with really mild temperatures for the holiday weekend. It is warming up a lot now though.
Summer Birthday Dinner for Teen – July, 2013
Recently, I was remembering that, growing up, our car wasn’t air conditioned (Yes, back in the “old days” it was optional on vehicles!). On family vacations, we rode down the highway with all of the windows rolled down. (Yes, way back then, you had to roll them down with a handle on the door!) And yet, I don’t remember feeling miserable.
Summer at the Cottage, May, 2013
The air conditioner went out on my car last week (when our temps were unseasonably cooler), and I thought I might have a heat stroke just driving a few blocks!
I am so spoiled, but I am so thankful for air conditioning in our home and in my car. Thank you for your visit. laurie

Love all your summer tables. I'd be hopeless without air in the car!
I love review posts, there is always something new to see even if you've already read the first post~I remember the "black and white box lunch" that was one of my favorites! Yes, I remember cars without AC and roll up windows!

These are so wonderful! Love the black and white for fun, the white and gold for elegance and my absolute fave is the burlap, because it pretty, feminine, casual and yet refined. So many great ones here!

Lovely look back, Laurie.
Hope you are having a great summer!
All of the table settings are beautiful. I still wonder where you store all of your precious decor and dishes and how you know just where they are when you need them. lol
I would be lost without a/c too
Such inventive and creative tablescapes Laurie. Hard to pick a favorite.

Hi Laurie, Love all your table settings. Each one is special and so inviting. I still say you could host your own tablescape show. I'd be your biggest fan!! Well already am a fan~
Thanks for stopping by. To answer your question.
