WINTER TABLESCAPE

Cuisine Kathleen is hosting a “Snow and Ice Tablescape” challenge this week, and, although we don’t get a lot of snow or ice in Arkansas, I’m joining the party.

    Your dishes are just so beautiful, love all the depression glass and those little tiny salt and pepper shakers wow they are the sweetest thing, love the details..

    Pretty dishes and fun stemware. The etching on the depression glass makes me think of snow flakes.

    Laurie, I've never seen that Winter Festival pattern -- so pretty! I like patterns that work at Christmas and beyond. Love the sparkly centerpiece!

    I bet some readers are going to be putting watches on that Wedgewood Winter Festival--I love it! I'm so in love with greens right now. But those darling short glasses are so unusual. Well, admit it, I just love it all.

    I love your icy Winter table! I have a wreath like that -- and some trees that I used in this week's tablescape. They add such a quick feel of Winter to a tablescape, don't they? I've never seen those plates before, but they're quite versatile. I imagine you're able to get a lot of use out of them.

    I cannot resist pieces like your salad plate and soup bowl. They go with most anything and always add a special look to the table. You do find some very cool stuff.
