Although we didn’t stay awake to ring in 2013 at midnight, we did ring it in with our New Year’s Day dinner with all those good luck foods.

Beautiful table, Laurie. We had brunch at a friends' home so I didn't set a New Year's table. Glad to see you using your silver. ;-)
Happy New Year.......Sarah

Laurie, I love the Moonspun! A beautiful name too. The whole table is exciting.

I tried to respond by email to both your comments but only one was in my email. I had not heard of "ear worm" but that's one new term that does make sense to me. Thank you for your always encouraging words, both here and in your comments.

I too, continue to pray for Cooper to thrive and one wonderful day be able to visit his grandmother Laurie and eat at one of the wonderful grandchildren tables you fix especially for them.

Would you please add the name of baby Zachary to your prayer list? He is my nephew and awaiting results of tests so that they will know how best to help him. He is from a praying family and I gave Cooper's name to them weeks ago and I know they would appreciate having your readers pray for Zachary too.

Many thanks, my friend,

Your first table of the new year is perfection Laurie!

I love Father Time.:-)

I am finding 2013 is like a tongue twister!

I thought of you when our predicted snow went to the boot heel. Did you get very much? We only had a dusting.

Our prayers continue!!

It's all just stunning to me! I love all the silver, especially those goblets. I've always wanted some.

It makes me want to actually throw a New Year's party. I never do that.

Happy New Year, Laurie!
