BETTER LATE THAN NEVER WEDDING!

No, nobody is pregnant!  I am just very late getting to Stephanie’s party at Angelic Accents.  I hope she’s okay with “better late than never”.

  6. My goodness, woman! Is there anything you don't collect?? Hmm, that would be an interesting exercise. I know you could put together a vignette for babies, showers, graduations, anniversaries, retirements, all holiday (both major and minor), birthdays (male, female, and child), seasons, animals, vegetables, birds, nature, sports, colors, movies and lots of others. Let me see, there must be something that could stump you!

Aha! I've got it! How about Alexander Graham Bell's birthday (telephones)?? Bet you couldn't put a table together for that???

LOL!!! Actually, I'm just envious of all your pretties and your imagination!

  8. What a perfect wedding celebration post, Laurie. My sister has her bride and groom from her wedding cake, but we didn't have one on ours. Wish we had! Fun collection. You've got some great pieces!

  10. What wonderful treasures you have, Laurie.
    So love vintage toppers.

We had pink wedding bells on our pink cake 50 years ago ... what a stir PINK caused back then.

    Have a beautiful week.

  13. I nearly missed this by being away from the computer all weekend. I really do love all those bride/groom cake toppers. My own topper was a lame 80s version. I would have loved one of those.

  14. What a sweet collection! I collect old wedding-y things too. :)
I have a hunch that in a pinch you COULD likely put together a "telephones" table! ;)
Good to see you back in blogland.

  15. Hi Lauri, About a year ago I found out that there was a limit on the blogs too. But then someone told me that the limit is only on the number of blogs you can have in your "blogroll" not on the blogs you "follow" . So you can have a lot more that you follow in the dashboard. You should still be able to just hit the follow button at the top of the screen and then see me in your list on the dashboard and under your profile.
To make my life fairly simple, I pretty much just keep track of all my blog friends through the dashboard, that way they are all in one spot. (Yes, I do put a few in the blogroll on my sideboard, to make some of that empty space look pretty.)
    Hope this helps.

  17. Oh, Dear Laurie, I am thrilled that you joined us for the Wedding Blog party fuN! It just wouldn't have been a party without YOU, and I just knew you would have lots of great items to share! They say to always save the best for last, and your pretty post keeps that saying true!!

Love your sweet little brides and grooms and all the vintage cards and diecuts!! Beautiful pedestaled display! Was that your blue garter?!?

My out of town relatives are gone now so I'm enjoying spending all the time I want to visit my friend's wedding posts now! Such fun!
