  5. Laurie-I am going to ignore that pig stuff :) I just finished reading your post from yesterday. Thank you so much for sharing it! Sometimes as I read my heart ached and wanted to take that scared little girl in my arms for a hug. But then I think...all of that came together to make you the wonderful and compassionate friend, wife, mother, and grandmother you are today. Hope you and and "the hogs" have a good long weekend :0)

  12. Great table, Laurie, but I'll refrain from cheering on the Razorbacks. You know I'm a Longhorn. LOL
Love the thank you photo. Did you take those photos? I used to do similar things with my students. Such fun to make the alphabet with body moves.
Have a terrific holiday weekend. ~ Sarah

  29. And lucky me! I got to eat off that
festive table-but it was laden with Brunch food! Banana cake with caramel frosting, hot biscuits and gravy, ham, venison sausage, fruit platter, mimosas, apple fritters, jellies, potatoes, creme brule casserole, egg casserole with sausage-it was wonderful, Thanks, Laurie for all your wonderful hospitality at your Labor Day brunch. She not only can decorate but can cook as well!S and T
