A HARDENED CRIMINAL ~ NO HOPE FOR REHABILITATION!

I just know I’m going to get in trouble some day, but is it my fault that other bloggers keep posting some of my favorite things? Lately, I have been finding so many summer photos that I NEED in my inspiration folder. As always, if your photo is on my blog, and you want me to remove it, I apologize, and just email me, and I will remove it. The photos that I stole borrowed from other blogs are clickable, so if you’d like to go visit these bloggers to report to them that a burglar has visited their blog, just click on the stolen photo (You'll probably be so overcome with what you find on their blog, you'll forget to tattle on me-wishful thinking).

This breath-taking Baby’s Breath was on Cindy’s blog. (I love Baby’s Breath, but have never been able to make it grow in my yard. I saved this photo to inspire me to try it again.)

I recently saw this great tree house on a news report on the web and had to save some photos in my inspiration file.

I fell in love with Lezlee’s “tree house” when she posted it on her blog.

I also fell in love with this cheery corner of Sue’s laundry room. It just reminds me of a summer day.

This rustic tree house has been in my inspiration folder too long for me to remember where I stole got it.

Another of my long-time inspiration photos is this wonderful shabby chic cottage, which I suspect is in a lot of inspiration folders in Blogville. I want this cottage transported to my back yard.

Did you see these summer projects that Diann created for almost no money?

You can’t get any better summertime inspiration than the arbor designed by Mary and built by her son.

Since all of this inspiration is summer inspiration, I am also linking to Summer Sundays at The Tablescaper.

I know it may not be in your best interests to be associated with a criminal like me. Thank you so much for overlooking my criminal activities and coming by for a visit. You are the best! Be sure you go visit the link-ups for Favorite Things Saturday. I promise, I am the only thief in the group! laurie

Thanks for a breathe of summer fun. I want one of those tree houses on the ground for a potting shed. The baby's breathe is breathe taking. How lovely.

STOP! ARREST THAT WOMAN! Dang she can move! Look at Laurie leap over that fence! Who knew? Tackle her boys! Holy Toledo Batman! Did you see that half flip, flying leg kick and back over that fence move!! Boys, maybe you better step back and let her go. We will get her next time!

Okay, Laurie, I think those secret ninja lessons are really paying off!

If we are going to go thrifting together I really need to step up my game! Anyone know where I can take Delta Team Thrifting Martial Arts lessons?

Hi Laurie,
I don't blame you for borrowing these gorgeous images. I especially love the whites, and I can't wait to visit the links.

Well, I finally have the perfect post for A Few of My Favorite Things. I have been collecting Antique and Vintage finds for the last six months to create theme gifts. You know the joy of the hunt.

So, I just linked up.

Hi there Laurie, I'm so glad you "borrowed" these great treehouse photos, or I would have missed seeing them!

I'm always making cracks to my hubby that if things got really tough we could always live in a tree at our orchard! Now if it was in a treehouse like one of these I don't think I'd probably mind at all!!
Hope all is well in your life! I think of you often friend!

Laurie~I've got pink baby's breath planted right next to the rose garden. It sure makes it convenient to cut a bunch while picking roses for an arrangement.

I fell in love with the Shabby Chic cortege too. I was so pleasantly surprised to see she and her hubby reside in a double wide trailer. It just goes to show...a retreat of beauty can be created any where.

Those flower pots with the added text is sooo clever, along with the repurpose coffee mugs... providing the perfect inspiration.

Sweet wishes,
Sara

Laurie,
The treehouse is a hit. I would enjoy curling up with a book there on a saturday afternoon. When things get back to normal I would love to join this fun event! Great idea.
I want to thank you for stopping by and leaving your words of encouragement. I appreciate you placing my daughter Heather's photo and link on your sidebar. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, rubbing a rabbits foot and saying a prayer the donor works out.
Hugs, Cathy

I think I'd like that cool white cottage AS a tree house! I had a treehouse as a child and it was such a neat little escape. In my mind parents couldn't possibly make it up there lol. I'm joining in this week...thanks for hosting!

Thanks so much for hosting Laurie. I love the inspiration photos. I already bookmarked the Laundry room and now I'm off to visit that tree house and then the other participants for more eye candy!

If you land in jail, then maybe we can be cell mates! I'm also a hardened, inspiration-borrowing, criminal. I don't think they've come up with a rehabilitation plan yet, so we are likely to be repeat offenders.

Just browsing your fun blog and I see my "tree house" I feel so honored to be included... some of the fav places are new to me, so I am going to check them out. Thank You! Lezlee

Sue said...

OMG Laurie- Here I was scrolling down your post and what do I see but my laundry room!! How utterly sweet to include me in your list. I've seen a few of the other pics, but need to check out the others. I have been trying to keep that darn room of mine clean ever since I put the table in there. One would think that it would be easy to keep up when there are only two of us, but I have projects going on in there, so it can get messy. Isn't it nice that the camera can be aimed to capture only the "good stuff"? LOL
hugs, Sue

I must be the most inadequate woman on the planet! Not only is your home beautiful on the inside, now I realize that your garden and backyard are probably gorgeous too....just like all of these lovely inspirational photos.

I have a small deck with a glass table a bench and a couple of mildewed chairs. No flowers, except the wildflowers that pop up when the grass needs cutting. I will never take a photo of it so you'll never be tempted to borrow (or steal) any photos of my not-so-lovely yard as a "FAIL" example!

(Yes, I know, I'm just jealous! Big time, over the top, pea-green with envy, classically jealous. Thus I am not only inadequate, but I'm pathetic too! LOL!!!)
