FEELING KIND OF FRUITY!

I'm posting a little breakfast tablescape for Tablescape Thursday at Between Naps on the Porch.

Place settings: Certified International Pamela Gladding

Stemware: purchased at Tuesday Morning last year

Platter: Poppytrial by Metlox (our every day wedding china selection)
Plates under Syrup Pitchers: Casa Stone, Autumn Waves

Vintage juicer: A gift from a friend who was trying to clean out her house!

Colander: Rommel Nueva for Saparna

I'm using the divided server I inherited from my mother for jelly.

Bowl I'm using to serve fruit: Fruit Russett (from Tuesday Morning last year)

You'll find links to great tablescapes throughout Blogville at Between Naps on the Porch. I very much appreciate you coming by to see my contribution to Tablescape Thursday. laurie

Laurie, I love it all. YOur fruit dishes are all just wonderful. They look so happy and I just love the way you have mixed everything together. You do have some of the prettiest things and always arrange them in the most wonderful way. I always learn a lot from your tablescapes. Thanks. Hugs, Marty

Ok, that does it!! I'm moving in! Anyone who can put together a table as gorgeous as this has my unflagging admiration. I love these colors, the dishes, silver, linen, serving pieces, the combinations of things, the whole blessed thing!! I want to be able to live in surroundings as lovely and homey, and welcoming as this. So I've decided. Yep, I'm coming...just give me a little time to grab my clothes. Won't take long, that's all I'll bring...cause I don't own ANYTHING that would be worthy to live in a home as lovely as yours.

Rooty Tooty, that's nice and fruity! Very pretty, Laurie..
I gave a friend an apple platter when we were still teaching. Several years later she gave me a box of things to bring to the Birthright Thrift shop. There was my apple platter. I took it, told her..I thought it was funny, she was embarrassed..I wasn't, it is a perfect cake plate!
I think of her every time I use it..LOL
Hope it warmed up for you..freezing here!

Laurie,
Girl you have such a knack for decorating & your table setting is the cutest! Lisa
PS. Thanks for your comment. Can't understand your trouble viewing my blog tho. Must have been some kind of computer glitch. My background music is only on the sides & the middle is white. No one has ever had trouble viewing before. Hope it clears up for you because I LOVE your visits & comments.

Hi Laurie, Love your tablescape! Those glasses from Tuesday Morning are really pretty! I'm really craving a piece of fruit right now...lol.

I will definitly link my post up to your Valentine party. Sounds like fun!

We got about 7 inches of snow here, Chase loved it...he was out all day trying to build a two headed snowman until it fell apart...then I think he kicked it and gave up! He's going to try again tomorrow if there is still some snow.

No, I didn't do a show in Jonesborro. So there were wreaths just like mine? I think that mesh is getting really popular. I saw several wreaths in display windows at Market like I've been making...and I thought I came up with that idea...lol.

Well, I hope you are enjoying this beautiful snow! Have a great Sunday! Kristen
