OH, HERE COMES PETER COTTON TAIL, HOPPING DOWN THE BUNNY TRAIL

HIPPITY HOPPITY,
HAPPY EASTER DAY!

Can you tell I'm getting ready for Easter? I've got more eggs than a chicken farmer and more bunnies than Mr. McGregor's cabbage patch! I have always collected bunnies, and my mother collected them too, so now that I've inherited her bunnies, I may be a little over-populated with rabbits! I'm beginning to wonder if they are doing that "bunny thing" in my holiday closet (you know what I'm talkin' about -- making baby bunnies!)

I'm sitting here rambling on to MYSELF like an idiot, as this was just soooooooo FUN (yes, and with a great big "F"!)!!!!~~~~~~ You know, it even LOOKS like those WUNNNNAFUL B-I BOOKCASES were installed JUST to display all your Easter fun n' finery (I have found, too, that bunnies indeed DO "reproduce" while stored in closets, boxes, etc.!)!!! THANKS for the SMILES~~~ what an UPPER! (ON a "personal" note: Just found out YESTERDAY that our God-Daughter, her DH & THEIR PRECIOUS young-ones are COMING FOR EASTER!!! So NOW I'm realllly looking forward to that verrrry special celebratiion, and to spending it with them in our home!)~~~~ Love n' warm hugs, Linda

  28. I love it, I love it, I love it. Can you tell I love this post and I love Easter and I love bunnies. My little bunny has just popped his head out of the snow (the one on the front porch). Oh my goodness Laurie, I can't imagine going 9 days without power. The longest we have had to go was 5 days. Melting snow on the buck stove for water to pour in the toilet for flushing is not my idea of a good time. LOL.... but you do what you gotta do sometimes. We are thankful for shelter, food and friends. Can I say again?.... I love your bunnies! xo Lynn

  50. Easter has come to Laurie Eve's house! I knew it would any minute..
I love all those eggs, the Panoramic ones are my favorites. I have some sugar eggs that are 25 years old..but when I was little, I always ate them..straight sugar. Mother would get them in Memphis, I think. No wonder I went to the dentist so much..also I didn't remember that 'Susie and Tommy' were both mentioned in the bunny song..Looks like so much fun at your house, as always..Susie
